How It Started<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born from a Notes app and too many feelings.<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Mariposa Edit started as a personal journal \u2014 the kind that lives in your Notes app at 2am when you have too many thoughts and nowhere to put them. It became something bigger when I realized I wasn’t alone in navigating life between two cultures, two worlds, and two versions of myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This space is for the girls who grew up translating \u2014 not just languages, but expectations, emotions, and identities. The ones who are ambitious and exhausted. The ones who want a soft corner of the internet that actually feels like home.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I’m a first-gen Latina navigating the beautiful, chaotic in-between of ambition and rest, identity and belonging, familia and self. I write about all of it \u2014 the things we don’t usually say at the dinner table and the ones we text our best friends at midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
